In the 2015-16 school year, 51% of Maple Street's 87 students are students of color, 20% of families receive financial aid, and 10% of students receive special education services.

Over two hundred additional families want to be part of Maple Street, and are on a waiting list to join the community. In a neighborhood with few preschool options and a growing population, many have looked to Maple Street - a long-standing local institution - to expand its program. We are meeting this demand by doubling our enrollment in 2016-17.

Through our expansion, we aim to increase scholarship assistance, maintain a strong focus on diversity, and deepen our community impact. These ambitious goals require a financial investment. The total project cost is $810,000, of which $360,000 has been raised. We have launched the Growing Together Capital Campaign to raise the balance of $450,000.
